Changelog entries in this directory follow a separate, human-driven release process that isn’t encoded in any skill in this repo.

Never create, edit, or add an entry to a changelog file here as a “helpful” side effect of routine case work. If a case you’re working on seems to call for a changelog entry, stop and ask the writer for the exact entry text and explicit confirmation before touching anything in this directory — don’t add one unprompted, and don’t infer its content from the case itself.
